Contents : 1.Practical -Practical safe method – Fire fighting -Identify common Basic Refrigeration tools with specification and function -Setting of Oxy -aceteylene flame -To Unroll ,Cut and Bend soft copper tubing -To swage and make a brazed join on copper tubing of same size -To make flare joints and test them with flare fitting -Check compressor efficiency and the operational condition of a compressor -Measure the current of a given load in an AC circuit without interrupting connecting (Tong – Tester ) -Identify various Refrigerant with Cylinder and valves -Trace the electrical wiring circuit -Check and service tempreture and pressure controls (low pressure switch,solenoid) -Check and service high pressure safety cut out oil pressure safety cutout -Check and cut all the Gaskets and assemble the commercial compressor -De – scale the shell and tube condensor – Identify and Arrest the tube leaks -Check and service the dry type evapourator -Pump down ,Pressure test,Leakarrest,evacuate ,charge or topup the gas -De – Scale Air handdling Unit (AHU) Chilled water coil -Check and service,attend the fault in cooling tower water circulation pump -Check and maintain the quality of chilled water -Clean cooling tower and accessories ,replace and rectify problems
